I am so thankful that my husband Mark is celebrating 2 yrs of smoke free living today after 43 yrs of smoking and on the 14th of July as long as I don't become lazy and complacent in my quit but remain vigilant and guard it with my life I plan on  getting out to a nice restaurant and celebrate the freedom of finally wising up after 40 yrs of slavery to smoking. Mark and I were talking this morning before he went to work that life happens good or bad and it's a wonderful feeling to not have to reach for a sickening cigarette but deal with lifes ups and downs without the crutch is the normal for us now and has been for quite some time and it's great, the passing thought happens once in awhile and it's like I don't think so and continue on, stick with your quit and you will realize how much better life is.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
