Wow, this month is nearing the end too I'm really hoping for the summer months to slow down so that we can enjoy it for us folks that lives in the snow belt regions, winters seem to drag on and on and the other seasons are gone before we can really enjoy them so let's enjoy our quits and continue to move forward because that's where the freedom is, we have nothing to go backwards for as far as smoking goes. Life began for me after my quit and I am so very thankful that I finally wised up and realized that I could quit and with the help of this site and all of you showing me ways to remain quit and I read everything that was suggested to me to help strenghten my resolve to remain quit, I started smoking the odd cigarette when I was 14 by the time I was 15, I was probably smoking 10 + a day, when I got married for the first time at 16, I was smoking 30 a day and thank goodness after 40 yrs of slavery to the dreaded nicotine poison I found out that I have copd and that was enough to scare the crap out of me and I decided to take back my life which I found out was really difficult but very doable. Life is way too short to knowingly keep on smoking when we all know smoking kills and quitting can save us from dying a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related. Quitting smoking is absolutely doable and definitely worth all of the withdrawals and cravings to finally start living a life of freedom.
