We may reach 70 degrees today here in the Maritimes, whoo Hoo, yay and yay again, no housework for me today because the great outdoors will be calling my name after it warms up some, it's 33 right now but the sun makes it fee alot nicer. I suppose I could vacuum and dust maybe , I think not, ha, ha. The house work can wait because it will still be there when I get around to it. Remember let's be EXtra vigilant in our precious quits with the changes in the weather we may get thoughts and memories of smoking so let's keep that tucked away in the back of our minds while enjoying the freedom that quitting gives us, because as long as we apply N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever to our lives and know that S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option then we'll have a wonderful smoke free life because I will N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the first few weeks of my quit, I love being able to go anywhere, anytime whenever, wherever, however and not have to worry about where I can sneak off to suck ona killer cancer stick, iit's a great feeling, quitting smoking is absolutely doable and absolutely worth it.
