The nights are cold but the days are beautiful at 56 degrees and by Friday we may reach 70 or so again and that's super wonderful but with the mild temps and being outside and getting projects on the go could get our addictive minds working in overdrive so let's be sure to be EXtra vigilant and give our heads a shake and smile and say no way no how will we ruin a perfectly beautiful quit to suck on a killer cancer stick. We all have control over whether we relapse or not but we must be on guard for any unexpected stressers that could cause us to God forbid possibly screw up but as long as we apply N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever because we all know S.I.N.A.O -Smoking is not an option because relapsing most likely would shorten our lifes with smoking related illnesses, plus as long as we N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days of our quits we should be able to go bed at night and smile because we are Exers and made it through another day WON, stick with your quit because moving forward is definitely the right direction to go.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
