Share your quitting journey
I am still tired but I'm still on my first coffee so I will get woke up soon, Masons still asleep but he mentioned to me last night that he made plans for us today by the way he just turned seven the end of March. He wants to check the mail in case there's a parcel for him, he wants to go visit my friend which is my older sister in law, he really likes her plus he wants a pk of bubble gum, I love his age he's so easy to please right now and for me since quitting smoking, I can give him all of the love and attention he deserves without screwing up our time together sucking on a disgusting cancer stick. I push vigilance quite often and sometimes I think maybe I shouldn't push it quite as much and then I see longtime quitters that's relapsed and it breaks my heart. Enjoying the freedom that quitting gives us is absolutely wonderful but it really does only take a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and I want us to remain on guard and protect our hard earned freedom, quitting smoking is doable and remaining quit is also doable but we must always remain vigilant while enjoying our lives as Exers .
