Good evening friends and fellow Exers, I hope each of you had a good day and are enjoying another day WON from the dreaded nicotine poison and when you wake in the morning be ready to embrace the day and believe that you will get through another precious day of freedom because you can and you will as long as you are willing, determined and totally committed you can and will succeed in your fabulous ongoing fantastic quit. N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever will give you a beautiful smoke free life and it's super splendiferous. I am very tired so I'm going to lay down with my youngest grandson Mason and shut the TV off so we can both fall asleep, no school again tommorrow so Mason and I will have a wonderful day together.
