It's almost 9:30, wow I am slacking as far as getting my blog done this morning but the beds are made, a load of laundry is on and with hubbys help with stirring, a batch of bread is on as well. I sat out on my swing for a few minutes with my coffee and even though the temp was only 31, it felt much warmer in the sun. Sipping my coffee and thinking back to this time last year really is amazing to me, last year the thoughts of having just one cigarette crossed my mind so many times and luckily thanks to everyone here, I knew no way no how would I put one of those cancer sticks anywhere near my face and this year the memory of smoking came to me and the first thing that popped into my head is I'm so happy that I don't smoke anymore, yay for us Exers. Come on you people in the background, it's time to take back your life and for those struggling, don't give up, keep hanging on because it's going to get easier and easier so please don't give up, hang tough and find out for yourselves that I'm telling you the truth that there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic once you get to that good place, when you get through today and are getting ready to go to bed, smile because you WON another day of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. Quitting smoking is absolutely doable but you must believe in yourself and know that your health, family and even your wallet will be thankful that you are an EX SMOKER.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
