Tommorrow will be 21 months since I quit smoking , wow is all I can think of this morning because I never thought in a million years that I could quit smoking let alone stay quit and best of all be smiling and enjoying this new found freedom. I want everyone that's hiding in the shadows reading this and anyone else that may be strugglin, that quitting smoking is so very doable but you must have faith in yourself, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful. I found out in the beginning of June/ 14 that I have copd which scared the crap out of me and that was enough for me to realize that I wanted to do everything in my power to enjoy my life without ending up on an oxygen machine or worse end up with cancer knowing that it's probably smoking related so if you haven't quit yet now is the time or if you have and are going through a rough patch, know that it's going to get easier most of us smoked for 40 yrs or more so it stands to reason that it's going to take some time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes and our health, family and even our wallets will thank us for us. N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever will give you a beautiful smoke free life and at the end of each day you can say another day WON.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
