Share your quitting journey
I wish everyone a wonderful day today, I hardly ever nap but yesterday I thought why not so I laid down on the couch and two and a half hrs later I got up and I slept half decent last night too. I am taking a prescription that says they can make you drowsy and so far that's true but I have nothing pressing going on anyway. I am realizing that I need to listen to my body because I am the type of person that keeps going even when I'm exhausted and I am beginning to realize that I need to look after me and so I guess I am telling anyone out there that's reading this that it's time to look after you, we must take care of ourselves because if we don't nobody else can. Most of us have quit smoking which was and is the best decision anyone can make for ourselves and remaining vigilant each and every day is vital to our health and well being and exercise and eating healthy is also vital plus for me I must rest when my body tells me to take a break, so do all of you my friends and fellow Exers, let's take EXtra good care of ourselves and let's never, ever take our precious quits for granted or become complacent but always protect it on a daily basis because our lives depends on remaining smoke free.
