I just wrote a short blog post and the only thing that posted was part of the tag line so I will try again. Quitting smoking is absolutely doable and vital to our health, family and wallet but mostly because we all know smoking kills and quitting can save us from dying a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related so let's remember to vigilant and protect our precious quits with our lives because our lives depends on it. I am so thankful that I finally wised up and quit smoking after 40 yrs of poisoning myself, I was that lump of coal and I had to go through the withdrawals and cravings to get to this good place in my quit because I now am the diamond. Keep moving forward in your quits because life really does get easier as time goes on so keep stacking up your days of freedom from the horrid cancer sticks because we all can be diamonds.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
