I wrote a blog the other day when I finally found out about the pain under my left rib being diverticulitis, anyway my doctor didn't give me anything when I saw him the other day maybe where I'm see the specialist next Friday. I put in a rough night and was having a rough morning with the pain so I went to the hospital and had xrays and blood work done, no blockage yay for that and I was told my blood work was good but was given a prescription to clean out my system yay, I'll be glad when next Friday comes so I can avoid these flare ups and see what he wants me to do. I am going to put my pj's on and try to rest, I never sleep during the day but I might this afternoon so if I don't comment back to you today please don't think anything of it. I am so thankful that I don't smoke anymore and don't need to find a corner somewhere outside to suck on a killer cancer stick because I feel crappy enough without adding any poison to my system, it's amazing that when we did smoke that it wouldn't matter how awful we felt, we would still smoke so let's continue to realize how blessed we are that we don't have that crutch anymore , thankfully we are Exers and we'll keep stacking up our precious days of freedom.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
