Wow another Month bites the dust, we had a mild night at 38 ° F but tonight might even reach 45 with lots of rain between today and tomorrow, possibly an inch. We're on river watch for ice jams. Anyway no matter the weather or anything else that's happening in our lives, let's continue counting our precious days of smoke free living because there's absolutely no EXcuse on the face of this earth that's good enough to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and go back to the slavery of cigarettes, no way no how, our health, family and even our wallets will thank us for our new found freedom without the crutch of smoking.
