Good afternoon my fellow Exers ●

I hope that everyone is enjoying this Blessed Easter Sunday, I am lying on the couch with my tablet in my lap barely able to keep my eyes open but I wanted to come on the site just to wish all of you my friends and fellow Exers a wonderful relaxing afternoon and evening. Life is precious and quitting smoking and remaining quit is absolutely vital to our health and well being and it's so doable and totally worth it, I took a spell standing up beside my husband at church singing a hymn, my legs went to rubber especially my right leg, they buckled and I was very light headed, dizzy and my eyes were tearing my husband helped me up after a few minutes once I got my bearings and went outside to get some fresh air, I was so embarrassed because our church was pretty full with today being Easter, these spells happen out of the blue and take the sap right out of me but my doctor knows and I am having tests done and am waiting to see a neurologist this has been happening off and on for about a year now but don't worry about it because I'm not. The doctors will figure it out eventually, I am not stressing over it and I'm sure not going to be smoking over it that's the last thing I need is to relapse because If I'm light headed and dizzy now, wow after not smoking for 622 days I can't imagine how light headed I would be that is if I didn't choke to death by horking up a lung or maybe both lungs first. Seriously though I only mentioned my spell to show anyone that hasn't quit or is struggling with your quit that it's much better and actually easier to deal with lifes stressers without the crutch of cigarettes and It's great to be able to say to a nurse or a doctor that you're an Ex smoker, what ever this is it too shall pass, Happy Easter. ☆♡☆♡☆♡

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
