I am a little tired this morning because I partied too hard yesterday hosting a triple birthday party for my son and both grandsons, way too much Greco pizza, garlic fingers, chips, pop, chocolate cake that I made, pop and so much more. We all had a wonderful time and it's great that my husband and I both quit smoking along with my son, his fiance and my daughter both still smoke so they stepped out many times but not us, yay for being an Exer, I pray that they'll quit sooner than later but they have to quit for themselves because as much as I wish I could quit for them , unfortunately I can't. I have acid reflux which I take a prescription for which normally works great but not last night, I slept pretty well sitting up with massive heartburn. Serves me right for partying like a youngster, ha, ha, my husband slept like a baby, thankfully he is healthy as a horse. Schools here and throughout NB are canceled due to this Noreaster , we were supposed to get a ft in my region but they downgraded to about 5 inches which is enough, be safe everyone that's in the path of it and let's continue to be vigilant and protect our precious quits and if you are struggling hang tough because it's going to get easier but you must hang on and if you haven't quit yet now is the time to take back your life. N.O.P.E - means Not One Puff Ever which gives you a wonderful smoke free life.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
