I wish everyone a wonderful day, I wish everyone new or struggling a wonderful smoke free day and wk end. If you are having a rough time with your quit please remember to blog help and wait until someone comes to you on line, it shouldn't take very long and while you're waiting for help go to jonescarps aka dales page concerning the first 4 months of quitting smoking, it's a great help plus you could go to any elders page and find a wealth of information on each page, stay willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult but absolutely doable and EXtremely nessesary to have a better quality of life, remaining a smoker has way too many health issues, cancer being at the top of the list which we all know that many cancers are traced back to smoking, I quit smoking after 40 yrs after finding out I have copd which scared the crap out of me so with the help of this site, I have 613 precious days of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. I didn't want to continue to smoke and end up on oxygen or maybe if I continued to smoke and ignore the copd, it probably would've put me on oxygen 7/24, quit smoking now , don't wait for a health scare. I am so thankful that I found this wonderful site and all of you my friends and fellow Exers because I know that there's life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic once you get through the roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings but once you get to that good place in your quit, you will be reaping the benefits of an Ex smoker.  But if you don't want to believe me, stick with your quit and prove it for yourself because you will see that life is sooooooo much better without the crutch of cigarettes.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
