At noon today March is half over, this has been a really easy winter compared to the last couple when my husband was working away most of the time and I was shoveling mountains of snow every other day it seemed but all of the snowstorms and the shoveling I did kept my mind as well as my hands occupied which was great for my quit, ha, ha but seriously quitting smoking is absolutely doable and keeping your mind as well as your hands occupied is definitely a good thing. Life without cigarettes is absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and mood swings to be free from the crutches of tobacco, N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever will give you a beautiful smoke free life. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Marilyn 611 days of freedom and counting.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
