I'm pretty sure that everyone reading this have lost either a family member or a  friend or at least know someone that has lost someone to a smoking related illness so if you haven't quit yet now is the time or if you have and are going through a rough time, stick with it and keep making it through each day because every day you get through is another day WON. Life is way too short to continue smoking, now is the time to take care of yourself by taking your life back from the dreaded cancer sticks but unfortunately we can't quit for you as much as I wish we could if you won't quit for your health think of your family and loved ones because they're going to be the ones taking care of you in your final days and having to go through your funeral and the grieving process and maybe just maybe if you quit now you'll enjoy a much better quality of living and reap the benefits of an Ex smoker, the choice is yours.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
