I want to say thank you to everyone that congratulated me yesterday on my 600 days of freedom, I have to give lots of credit where credit is due which belongs to you this wonderful Ex community because as long as we reach out to this site either in a blog, someones message board or in a private message there's always someone here to help us through the rough patches but we must reach out. I haven't done it for quite some time but every once in awhile it's quite interesting to go back to the first few blogs that we've written and see how far we have come, I reached out to this site whenever I was struggling and blogged about it and I am so thankful that there was always someone here to help and support me and plus I would read Dales page. Reach out, whether you're thinking about quitting or if you are having a rough time with your quit, we're here to help you take back your life because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's great so quit, stay quit get through the roller coaster ups and downs of quitting and come out the other side smiling because once you get to that good place you won't want to go back to the slavery of cigarettes, each day you get through is another day WON.
