If there's anyone that's in the shadows reading and wondering whether it's Time to quit smoking, I say yes please take the plunge into a much better quality of living and if anyone is struggling, please remember that you must get through the roller coaster of ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings which usually takes 2 or possibly 3 wks and then relearning how to deal with lifes stressers and emotions takes time but we all need to remember that most of us here smoked for many decades, for me I smoked 40 yrs and in the beginning of my quit I didn't know if I would be able to get through the rough patches but thankfully the wonderful people here helped me get to where I am today which is 599 days of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison and enjoying my life without the crutch of cigarettes and you can too but like I said if you haven't quit yet now is the time and for the rest of us, let's enjoy another smoke free day while remaining vigilant and protecting it because we never want to become complacent and lazy and take our quits for granted.
