Depending on where a person lives and who you may ask about how hard a winter it's been so far you will get different versions as for me it's been so much better than last year . A lot less snow, barely any frigid temps and alot of above 0 temps, we have some weather coming in this wk but we're on a down hill slide towards Spring. Quitting smoking is different for everyone as well but the one thing we all have in common is we can quit and remain quit because it's very doable and absolutely necessary to protect our health, I know too many people that has died from smoking related illnesses and another friends husband right now is dying from cancer and is still smoking but only has a few months at best, she also is still smoking and is on oxygen and her health is so bad. We all know people who have passed away and know that they might still be here if only they quit, we can't do anything about anyone else but we can take hold of our own lives and quit smoking, no matter how difficult it is in the first few weeks, know in your heart and soul that it's going to get easier and anything worth having takes time , choose life, stay strong, be willing, determined and totally committed to quitting and you can and will succeed.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
