Let's enjoy another beautiful smoke free day, I find since quitting smoking 594 splendiferous days ago that I don't need an hour and a half or sometimes two hours to get woke up and start the day, I noticed that around the six month mark that I could start the day on half a cup of coffee instead of three or four and five possible six smokes and still feel foggy. Plus I would be outside, no matter what the weather was, snow, rain, freezing rain ,strong gusty winds, I know most all of you my fellow Exers did EXactly the same thing but yay for us because we finally wised up and tossed out the yakies and took our lives back. Quitting smoking is so very doable, definitely not easy but anything worth having in our lives isn't easy by no means but if we want it bad enough we can have it and quitting smoking should be our top priority because it can and will give us a much better quality of living and our health, family, friends and even our wallets will thank us for kicking the disgusting nicotine poison to the curb, so let's keep on stacking up our precious days of freedom.
