Good morning everyone, I knew yesterday morning when I posted -3 ° F that the rest of this wk end was going to get even colder but it's - 29 on the celius scale and -20 ° F brrrrrrr, which makes me EXtremely thankful that I quit smoking and am not standing outside freezing my butt and fingers off trying to suck on a killer cigarette and nearly hork up a lung .Quitting smoking is the smartest thing that we can do for ourselves EXcept keeping our quits for the rest of our lives, thankfully even though hubby and I smoked, we quit smoking in the house over 12 yrs ago for our non smoking family and friends but mostly for our first grandson that was coming into the world but now my husband and I have both quit and can't imagine ever going back to the slavery so we remain vigilant and will protect our quits because our lives depends on it .

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
