Good morning, I already wrote a blog and just noticed that only the tag line posted.  Anyway I need to get a few things done before heading out for a 2 hr drive with my 89 yr old Mother in law, 3 sister in laws and oldest brother in law for a baby shower . when I get back I will join all of you for the bon fire, whoopee I love hanging out with friends and playing in the fire and of course I will throw all of my unsmoked yakies into the flames . Stay strong if you are having a rough time, be willing, determined and totally committed to quitting smoking and you can and will succeed. The first few weeks are the toughest but stick with it and get through the roller coaster ups and downs and each day you get through is another day WON and it will get easier but it takes some time to get to a good place in your quit.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
