Another Hump Day and another smoke free day for all of us Exers, we must always remain vigilant and protect our precious quits, it's definitely difficult in the first few weeks and even the first couple of months but it's so worth it and definitely doable. I kept telling myself in the beginning that I smoked for 40 yrs so of course it was bound to be a hair pulling EXperience getting through to a better place, I read Dales page concerning the first 4 months of our quits at least 4 times maybe even 5 but I know that helped me immensely plus I blogged when I thought I'd yank my hair out. Read Dales page : jonescarps aka dales page because it's a huge help and support. I have an appointment in less than an hour so I need to get ready . Stay strong in your quits my fellow Exers because once you realize there's life after cigarettes and the freedom you have of going anywhere and everyone without needing to hide in a corner somewhere outside to suck on a killer cigarette is super fantastic.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
