Share your quitting journey
I wish everyone a another day of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison, life does keep getting better and better without the crutch of cigarettes but in order to reap the benefits of your quit, you must be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed. It takes time to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings but you must believe in yourself and keep moving forward because quitting is doable and remaining quit is also doable, it's not easy but it's absolutely worth everything we have to go through to get to that good place. In the first few weeks of my quit I could've ripped your face off if you looked at me the wrong way and I would blatt like a baby over nothing, I didn't have much company because no one wanted to be around me, hee, hee, that's something to think about if you don't want company, act like a crazy person but seriously it was terrible but I knew that I would get through it and thank goodness for everyone on this site that helped me get to this good place but we always need to be vigilant in our precious quits and protect it each and every day while enjoying our new found freedom because anything and everything we go through to be an EX SMOKER is worth it so stay strong and hang tough.
