So far for me here in the snow belt of NB, this has been a wonderful winter, knock on wood of course. We have a long stretch to go yet but we are way under the amount of snow on the ground for the norm and our temps are way above the norm also but I am not complaining because this is a refreshing break from the last couple of winters we've had and we're going to start February out with some snow and rain showers with a chance of freezing rain. Anyway 28 of us were at my mother in laws 89th birthday potluck supper last night ranging from her age down to the age of 2. We all enjoyed great food and a good time, I love the fact that I don't smoke anymore and that I don't need to sneak off to suck on one of those cancer sticks and then come back inside reeking like a stinky yaky ashtray. A couple of my nephews smelled just like that. Hopefully someday , probably not in my lifetime that all people young and old will realize that smoking kills and quitting is the answer to possibly saving their lives or maybe just don't start smoking in the first place, then they don't have to worry about quitting. Anyway that's enough rambling for one morning enjoy a wonderful smoke free day and continue being vigilant each and every day protecting your precious quit.
