Good morning ●

It's another fairly mild morning here in the Maritimes at 19 ° F , and it's not storming . A few hrs away in Nova Scotia, there's over 50,0000 without power but luckily this is the second storm that veered by us. Anyway I hope that everyone that is fairly new in your quits or if you just happen to be lurking in the background reading these posts, like I did for a few weeks before I let myself known, stay close and blog as often as you need to because we care about you and want you to succeed in quitting, it's difficult but it's absolutely doable and definitely worth it, hang on tight and you will get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings and come out the other side smiling and enjoying the benefits of being an Ex Smoker but be prepared to go through whatever cravings and urges because it does take time to get to that good place but you must believe in yourself and keep moving forward. Hubby is cooking breakfast this morning, bacon and eggs plus pancakes once we get the dishes cleaned up, I am putting on a batch of brown bread and a crock pot of beans for a pot luck supper at my mother in laws for her 89th birthday which was this past Thursday. There's probably going to be 31 maybe 32 if everyone comes, right down to the great grandchildren. Most everyone lives within a three hour radius, life is so much easier without the crutch of cigarettes and not smelling like a stinky yaky ashtray, it's really a wonderful sense of Freedom so hang tough with your quit and judge for yourselves how great it is.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
