Once we get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and cravings and begin learning different ways of dealing with lifes situations whether it be good or bad. We start to realize that hey, I like this new way of life and I am free to do whatever I want whenever I want without the crutch of cigarettes and I don't have to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick. Be willing, committed, determined and strong so Please continue being a non smoker because your health, family and wallet will thank you for protecting your beautiful forever quit N.O.P.E and N.E.F - life is grand without a cigarette in hand, hang tough keep moving forward in your quit and see for yourselves how much better life is, I found for me after the first few weeks things started getting easier but I still had my rough patches on and off for about three months or so then after that it's a memory every once in awhile and even now at 551 splendiferous DOF, out of the blue I will think wouldn't a smoke be really nice right now. ((I will then give my head a shake because I don't do that anymore)) - we have a choice whether we smoke or not and I choose not, enjoy a relaxing smoke free weekend my fellow Exers ●

Marilyn Smoke free is the only life for me........

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
