It's hard for me to believe that it's already January 8th but I think it's even harder for me to believe how kind Mother Nature is being so far this winter. It's 25 ° F instead of -10 or -12 yay but it's makes me wonder what March and April will bring, we burn wood and compared to last year we've burned half of the amount. We actually ran out of wood last March because of the unusually long stretch of frigid temps so this feels great . Let's enjoy this day as Ex smokers whether you're on day one or day 101 or 10001 let's finish this day as a winner because we can say that we won the day, quitting smoking is doable, it definitely takes a willingness to quit and you need to be committed and be determined to go through the roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings from the dreaded nicotine poison but it's so worth it when you get through to that good place in your quit, it's definitely going to take some time but it's absolutely doable.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
