I hope that everyone had a decent nights sleep, I sure didn't but it's a lot milder this morning so maybe I'll get outside and go for a power walk this afternoon. If you are checking out the site, be sure and read the blogs and prepare yourselves for quitting smoking because it's the best decision you will ever make in your lifetime and believe me there's life after cigarettes and it's great to have almost a year and a half in as an Ex smoker. I never dreamt that I could ever quit smoking after 40 yrs but I had a health scare finding out that I have copd which was enough for me to get serious about quitting smoking so I found this wonderful site with all of you wonderful people, I already quit for 18 days when I commented on something here and someone suggested that I write a blog and explained to me how to do it which I did and I am so thankful that I did so hang around and commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle without the crutch of cigarettes and if you're  fairly new here, stay strong and hang tough, it does get easier but it takes some time to get used to dealing with things without smoking because most of us smoked pretty much our entire life so it stands to reason that it's going to take some time but it's absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and cravings to get to that good place in your quit.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
