It's January 6th already and cold outside at -5 ° F brrrrrrr but thankfully I have a roof over my head, lots of wood in the basement to keep the house nice and toasty plus I have plenty of food in the cupboard so I am blessed. I hope each and everyone of you are doing great now that the holidays are over and winter is kicking in, keep your chin up and hang tough because mother nature so far this year has been pretty nice to us, at least she's been nice to us here in the Maritimes. Spring will be here in a couple of months which I am looking forward to, positive thinking my friends and the right attitude really does work whether it's the weather we're talking about or our quits, stay strong and hang tough, commitment, positive thinking and the right attitude works. Quitting smoking is absolutely doable and absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and cravings to get to that good place in your quit, I know for me, after smoking for 40 yrs it took quite a bit of time before I started to feel comfortable in my own skin but once I did , I realized how much I loved my new found freedom and that I would never take my presious forever quit for granted and I never will. Always remain vigilant while enjoying your precious quit because life is great without the crutch of cigarettes.
