I guess it's time to say out with the old and in with the new , I can't believe how fast this year went by, here we are ready to tackle 2016, I wish all of you a wealth of health and happiness. Let's continue on with our smoke free lives and with tonight being New Years Eve, please be careful not to put yourselves in any situations that could jeopardize your hard earned quit, it would be wise not to drink alcohol especially if you may be struggling with cravings but at the same time, I wish everyone a Very Happy New Year.
