It's a dark, dank, dreary, drab, day plus it's snowing out ,so I decided to make a beef barley soup and a pan of biscuits for lunch and hoping that hubby would be home for lunch and he was. He definitely enjoyed the hot soup and biscuits on this cold and snowy day, we're supposed to get 12 to 14 inches by dawn but we've been so lucky so far but I think winter is here now. As usual my fellow Exers, especially if you are new to this site or just having a rough time with your quit, let's continue to be vigilant and protect our precious forever quits N.O.P.E (NOT One Puff Ever) - and if we do have some time under our belts let's N.E.F. (Never Ever Forget. quitting smoking is definitely doable and absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and cravings to get to a good place in our quits. it takes time to get to that good place plus we have to learn a new lifestyle without the crutch of cigarettes, believe me when I say there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's great.
