I just wrote a blog post and I have no idea where it went!!! -- anyways I just wanted to welcome anyone that may be new here to this site and I hope that you will stay with us and check out the blogs and comments, there's a wealth of information here to help you quit and to remain an Ex smoker, I smoked for 40 yrs and now have almost a year and a half of freedom from cigarettes and believe me there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's great, I had more on my other blog post that disappeared but anyways my fellow Exers enjoy the day .

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
