I hope that each of us Exers will enjoy another beautiful day that we are fortunate enough to be blessed with whether we're feeling crappy or feeling great, our eyes opened and our feet hit the floor. I am enjoying my second coffee and trying to get woke up, my husband will pick our oldest grandson Adam up for 9 o'clock we'll have him for awhile and take him over to my daughters so he can be with Emma, Mason and the X BOX . I'M not sure if hubby and I will make it to church or not this morning we will see, it starts at 11 o'clock but spending time with Adam is important too, even if it's only an hour now and an hr this afternoon before taking him home he'll be 12 in March and growing up very fast and may not want to hang out with the old fogies too much longer so we'll enjoy every moment while we can, as usual let's enjoy another smoke free day while remaining vigilant and protecting our precious forever quits N.O.P.E and N.E.F, quitting smoking is definitely doable and remaining quit is absolutely doable as well as long as we want it we can hang tough and enjoy our new found freedom because life without the crutch of cigarettes is absolutely worth it.
