It's still raining and quite mild but by this afternoon the temps will drop and the children will be happy because it'll look like a winter wonderland with 10 inches or so of snow which will make it easier for Santa Claus to find all these little boys and girls on Christmas Eve and of course all the little children will be EXtra good this close to Christmas . I know that this time of year can and is very difficult to alot of people but we must remember that relapsing would be the worst possible thing that we could do to ourselves and our families but worst of all we'd be jeopardizing our health and our quality of life. I also get stressed and I am in my second season as an Exer and twice this week I've thought about asking my sister in law that lives 30 seconds away from me for a cigarette and of course that was not going to happen not in a million years but no matter how long we've been quit we must always remain on guard for any thoughts or memories of smoking because remaining quit Is absolutely the best gift we can give ourselves and our loved ones plus we all know we smell 100 % better as Exers ●
