It's hard to believe that it's Dec 1st, what little bit of snow we had last week has melted away but I'm not complaining because I'm pretty sure that we'll have a white Christmas here in the Maritime provinces. I got a hold of my Doctors office yesterday and my CT scan on my head proves that I do have a brain, hee, hee ☺

Everything is good there, the blood work last week was good also. I get a heart monitor Friday for the wk end which I believe my heart is fine because I was on the treadmill less than a year ago and I did great. I think it's something to do with my blood pressure but they'll figure out why I get this dizzy spells where all I see is black with little white spots and it doesn't happen very often but I am fine and I'm happy that my husband is home every night with the new job. Life is good especially since quitting smoking 505 precious days ago. I won't short myself 100 days today, please if you are fairly new to this site stay strong, hang tough and stay close to us because we care about you and your quit. There's life after cigarettes but you must keep moving forward, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied, deep breathe and remember that the best gift you can give yourself and your family this Christmas season is quitting smoking and knowing in your heart and soul that this is your forever quit, I can't think of a better gift than the gift of life.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
