Share your quitting journey
It's a rainy windy morning and the temps are way above the norm, I haven't even got a fire going but I'm not complaining about that. I am still feeling rotton from this flu bug but I'm also very thankful that I finally wised up over 15 months ago and quit smoking so I'm not trying to suck on a cigarette and I really don't think I could anyway but it doesn't matter because I don't do that anymore, keep your quits and take the time needed to get to a good place in your quit, it may take some time to get there but it's so worth it .I smoked for 40 yrs but once I decided to quit smoking, I promised myself no matter what I would never pick up another cigarette as long as I live and I don't break promises to anyone including myself. In the first few weeks of my quit I could've ripped your face off if you looked at me the wrong way or maybe I'd start blatting like a baby but every time I was having a tough time I'd come to this site and blog and there was always someone here to help me get a grip and calm down, your health, family and wallet will thank you for taking your life back.
