Let's enjoy the day everyone, no matter the weather or anything else that may be happening in our lives we must remain steadfast in our quits. Quitting smoking was the best decision that I have ever made in my life and I will protect with everything I have in me , 469 DOF and counting WTG me and WTG to each and everyone of you my fellow Exers ●

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
