Share your quitting journey
I hope everyone had a good nights sleep and is ready to tackle this wonderful day that we are fortunate enough to blessed with. Mason is laying beside me watching TV, my husband is in the kitchen cooking a big pancake breakfast for us. It's unusually mild with rain coming, I'm definitely not complaining about the weather. It's great. Mason is in grade one and really likes his teacher and has been missing gram and Gramp so we really treasure these memories, Adam is 11 and l have no doubt that he loves us but he's at the age that he wants to hang out with his friends instead of us old folks so I am enjoying everything I can with the kids while they want to be around and the best part of it is that I quit smoking 468 splendiferous days ago and can have a wonderful time doing whatever, wherever and however without having to tell the grandchildren that I'll be right back while I try to find a corner somewhere outside to suck on a killer cigarette, life is so much better since quitting. So as always let's remember to protect our precious forever quits N.O.P.E and N.E.F because none of us ever wants to screw up and go back to day 1, no way no how. Let's enjoy life while remaining vigilant. Oops gotta go for now my breakfast is ready. ((((Hugs to you my fellow Exers))))
