Good Day everyone ●

My husband was on a day trip yesterday with his work and never got home until 9:30 last night. We don't have a cell phone but I have the phone numbers to some of his coworkers on the road crew so at 8:30 I called and found out where they were .If he continues to work away, we'll have to get some sort of a Canada wide plan. It was after 11:30 last night and I was putting clothes in the dryer so he'd have a particular pair of jeans that he wanted  I'm so glad that I made pizza for him he was eating his supper at 11 o'clock and had to be up at 5 this morning to be at the shop to get his coworkers and drive 6 hrs to the job site he will be home Friday evening and back there again next wk. I know that I am rambling on but I want everyone to embrace your quits and protect it with everything you have in you because no matter how long we've been quit, we need to remain vigilant and be on guard for any unexpected stressers that could cause us to God forbid have a split second of weakness which without even thinking about it put a disgusting cigarette near our face. I am on my 465th day of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison and continuing to count because living a life without cigarettes isabsolutely the only life worth living.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
