Let's enjoy another smoke free day my fellow Exers, life will just keep getting better and better without the crutch of cigarettes but we must give it some time to break the many yrs of addiction and habit. I smoked for 40 yrs and every once in awhile after 15 months of of quitting smoking, out of the blue I will think it's time for a smoke break, luckily I stay vigilant so I'll give my head a shake and continue on with whatever I'm doing because I don't do that anymore but we must always remain on guard and protect our precious quits with our lives because our lives depends on it .

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
