October is bumping right along and today is 15 months of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. Every once in a while I wonder why it took me 40 yrs to realize that quitting smoking was and is doable but I didn't think I could or would ever be able to, but by fluke I found this site and all of you my cyber friends and you helped me to stay strong and hang tough because you said it would get easier and yay it did and life is great.  So to anyone new or anyone that may be in NML hang on tight to your quits because life without cigarettes is absolutely worth it for your health, family and your wallet will love you for remaining vigilant and protecting your precious quits, I may have 457 DOF but I will always be on guard and not let myself become complacent because I love being an Exer and I know that my family especially my grandchildren are happy for that.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
