Here's hoping that each of you my fellow Exers will enjoy this beautiful day that we are blessed with, no matter the weather or the aches and pains that we may have woke up with . We are blessed because we are alive and Lord willing we will enjoy this day, smoke free of course because that's the only way to be, life is good especially since I became an Exer. It's a damp and dreary morning and a very busy one but I am happy especially since my husband Mark is cooking our breakfast.  As always my friends protect and keep our hard earned quits because for me going back to day one is not happening because I know smoking kills and quitting has given me my life back, I have the freedom of doing or going anywhere I want without wondering where I can sneak off to smoke and then wonder how bad I smell, keep your quits my friends because life will just keep getting better but you must give it the time to do so.
