Share your quitting journey
Another gorgeous smoke free day shaping up for me and for you my fellow Exers, stay strong in your quits and enjoy the freedom of not having to find a corner somewhere outside to smoke a killer cigarette. I picked Mason up about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon to stay until tomorrow afternoon and even though he's only 6 yrs old he is very happy that Gram and Gramp quit smoking because now we're not sneaking off every 45 minutes or so telling him that we'd only be a few more minutes and to him a small boy it probably felt like forever. He's our top priority now and he knows it and loves us for it. Hopefully my daughter , Masons Mom and his Dad will quit someday soon but they have to want to first at least my son , my oldest grandson Adams Dad has over 2 and half yrs quit but as you all know we must want it and be willing to go through whatever cravings and roller coaster ups and downs of quitting in order to get to that good place and know in our heart and soul that it's our forever quit N.O.P.E, N.E.F and S.I.N.A.O. I better go and spend time with my Mack Attack Mason, enjoy your day my fellow Exers.
