Share your quitting journey
With my hubby being away working this week I set my alarm to get up for 6:30 so I could have my garage out to the road for 7, even though we recycle our cans and plastics and compost every four or five weeks we have a big bag of garbage. I never slept very good last night and didn't want to get up but I did, it's 33 outside and 58 in my house and the windshield and back window on the car was completely covered in frost so instead of scraping it, I walked the garage out to the road and I have a very long driveway and it was still half dark and I was a little nervous about seeing a skunk or a bear but I didn't thank goodness. Now I can relax a couple of hours before I decide to do something, my husband will be home tonight for the wk end which will be nice. let's enjoy another smoke free day everyone while remaining vigilant and protecting our precious forever quits N.O.P.E and N.E.F -----NOT One Puff Ever and Never ever forget the first few weeks of our quits, especially day ONE, I wake up each morning thankful that I don't smoke anymore and knowing that for me I will never ever, ever have another day One because I am living my forever quit and reaping the benefits from it and being able to breathe so much better after 438 days of freedom and counting.
