It's another sticky humid morning and it's the first day of school as well. It's going to be a long day for the children and the teachers but the temps are supposed to drop by 10 degrees by the end of the day. My daughter and son in law brought Mason over for a few minutes yesterday so Gramp and I could give him big hugs and kisses from Gram of course and wish him a wonderful first day in grade 1, wow With this humidity it's hard to believe Fall is upon us but I know it's coming. 421 precious DOFand counting, WTG to each and everyone of us on our beautiful quits whether we are on day one or two thousand and one. We must always remain vigilant and protect and respect our decision to remain smoke free no matter what is happening in our lives because quitting smoking is absolutely doable and keeping our quits is vital to our health and quality of living.
