I am running late this morning but I want to wish everyone a wonderful smoke free day on this beautiful day that we are fortunate enough to be blessed with. Today is 419 DOF for me and counting, let's remember to protect our precious quits each and every day whether we're having a good day or a stressful day, protecting our quits is vital to our health and our lives, let's keep our quits so we can enjoy a better quality of living.
