Share your quitting journey
Good morning my fellow Exers, another beautiful day is shaping up here in the Maritimes. My husband helped me start a batch of bread earlier this morning because it's going to be a scorcher, I do 13 loaves and 10 rolls every 10 days or so which means the oven is on for almost 2 hrs cooking the bread at 325° F whew but we don't buy any Bread at the grocery store because hubby won't eat it but he's my hard working man so he'll have what he likes and for the last yr or so if I can wait until Saturday if we don't run out before hand he does the stirring and greasing the pans, I do the kneading and putting in the pans and baking . Like alot of us on this site arthritis isn't very nice as my grandmother used to say (old Arthur is at it again ) so I'm fortunate my husband helps me. If you are new to this site, stay strong and stay close, remember that you are stronger than any craving or urge, remind yourself each morning of all the reasons why you are quitting smoking and how much better your life will be without the crutch of cigarettes. Quitting smoking is absolutely doable and definitely worth it.
