Hopefully he doesn't and if by chance he does it's a mild case, I guess we'll see. 394 beautiful smoke free days from the slavery of cigarettes. Quitting smoking is definitely doable and definitely worth it, stay strong and stay committed to your quit, you must be willing to go through whatever cravings and roller coaster ups and downs of the first few weeks of your quit. Don't give up hang tough because life is short and it's best to quit smoking now while you have the chance to live hopefully without a medical Doctor telling you that you need to quit now, I am so thankful that I found out that I have copd In the early stages as it scared the crap out of me so here I am celebrating my new found freedom as an Ex smoker, I smoked 40 yrs and there's many wonderful folks that have smoked over 50 yrs and have celebrated 2 or 3 yrs. There's folks here that have quit 5, 6,7 and 8 yrs. Hang around if you are new here read some of our blogs, if we can quit smoking so can you, believe in yourself because you can quit smoking too, decide no matter what is happening in your life that you will never ever smoke another cigarette as long as you live, it's amazing when you make that promise to yourself and keep it that life can be so much better for your health, family and wallet.
